The visit begins with a walk among 8,500 olive trees of 10 different varieties, where you’ll discover fascinating insights into pruning techniques, growth cycles, and organic farming practices.

The journey continues at the Ecomuseum of the Aso Valley, where you’ll be immersed in the local agricultural culture — surrounded by traditional tools, stories, and ancient knowledge.

The experience concludes in the tasting room with a guided sampling of 3 organic extra virgin olive oils — both monocultivar and blends — learning to recognize their aromas, flavors, and sensory characteristics.
