You will learn about the extraordinary organoleptic qualities of the product, which have led to the recognition of the DOP.

Upon advance request, you can try your hand at a cooking demonstration/laboratory for the preparation of stuffed olives all'ascolana, the most famous typical dish of the Piceno area.
