A canyoning route takes place within gorges deeply carved into the rock, generally characterized by a strong slope and the obstacles, then, consist of waterfalls, rock jumps, slides, flooded corridor and ponds.
The adrenaline experience is surrounded by the Altolina Park, crossed by the Menotre river that in this very narrow section makes many spectacular jumps and channels itself into cracks in the rock to reappear downstream with beautiful waterfalls.
The valley of the Menotre is found in one of the most beautiful and spectacular zones of the territory of Foligno and it unties in an impervious landscape but rich of biodiversity, in fact it is one of the most interesting zones from naturalistic point of view and landscape of the Appennino Umbro-Marchigiano.

At the end of the initial briefing, we will dive immediately into the waters of the Menotre, a path consisting of about 7 rope descents.
The first part is acquatic where you can make slides or dives, the second is more vertical from maximum height of 30 meters.
In all descents there will be the expert assistance of the Canyon Guide, who will give you all the information about the use of equipment and will use the most appropriate techniques to address the descent in total safety and related to the experience of hikers.
At the end of the canyon, after a short path of about 10 minutes, you will return to the starting point.
